OÜ ISC International was established on 16.04.2014 and started operations in October 2014.

The company deals with the sale of life jackets, marine safety equipment, and sailing and sports clothing.

In 2022, we earned sales revenue of 12,511,457 (2021: 11,356,936) euros and ended the financial year with a profit of 205,653 (2021: profit 428,082) euros. During the financial year, we acquired additional tangible fixed assets for 3,880 (2021: 140,832) euros.

The reporting year was relatively favorable for us despite the ongoing Russian-Ukrainian war.

The volume of sales revenue exceeded the previous financial year. Our production takes place mainly in Ukraine and thanks to the selflessness of our partners, production and transport went smoothly. In the following financial year, we plan a slight decrease in sales volume due to the deteriorated economic situation in Europe.

The factor is the decreased demand for goods by the end consumer. We assess the risks arising from customers' payment difficulties as minimal. Of course, we are affected by the rapid increase in the price of fabric purchases and container transport.

The use of rescue equipment is seasonal and its peak comes in the summer. Therefore, our sales volumes are the largest from March to July. Despite this, orders cover all months throughout the year.
