      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      CostPocketi missioon on raamatupidamise töövoogude automatiseerimine ja digitaliseerimine, et säästa ettevõtete ning raamatupidajate aega.

      2025. aasta fookus oli jätkusuutlik kasv ja kasumlikkus.

      CostPocketi grupp tegutseb läbi oma tütarettevõtete Eestis, Lätis, Soomes ja Poolas.

      2025. aasta Costpocket grupi tulemused ja kasv

      Saavutasime kõik 2025. aastaks seatud finantseesmärgid ning muutusime kasumlikuks ja positiivse rahavooga ettevõtteks.

      Tulu: Aastane kogutulu ulatus 1,28 miljoni euroni, kasvades 2024. aastaga võrreldes 40,8%.

      MRR: Detsembris jõudsime 117,7 tuhande euro suuruse igakuise korduva tuluni (MRR), ületades seatud eesmärgi (100 tuhat eurot).

      Kasumlikkus: Saavutasime aasta lõikes 132,8 tuhande euro suuruse EBITDA. See võimaldas luua finantspuhvri, kasvatades meie rahalise reservi 2025. aasta lõpuks 103,2 tuhande euroni.

      Kasutajaskond: Aktiivsete klientide arv kasvas 2025. aasta detsembriks 16,3 tuhande ettevõtteni, mis on 24,4% rohkem kui aasta varem.

      DIGI-teenused: Dokumentide digitaliseerimise API-teenuse (DIGI) tulu kasvas 349%, ulatudes 45,4 tuhande euroni, mis näitab suurt nõudlust meie äripartnerite poolt.

      Nende tulemusteni viisid põhiteenuse hinnamuudatused, kasutajate arvu pidev kasv ning keskendumine digitaliseerimise täpsusele.

      Plaanid 2026. aastaks

      Meie eesmärk 2026. aastal on säilitada tugev kasv ja kasumlikkus, investeerides samal ajal meeskonda ja tootesse.

      Pangandus teenusena (BaaS): Toome turule ettevõtte pangakaardi teenuse koostöös Mynt-iga (Visa makse võrgustik), liikudes dokumendihalduselt finantstehnoloogia lahenduse suunas. Sõlmisime partnerluslepingu 2025. aasta neljandas kvartalis ja saime kaarditeenuse arendamiseks 92 000 eurot toetust Ettevõtluse ja Innovatsiooni Sihtasutuselt (EIS).

      Meeskonna laiendamine: Plaanime kasvatada meeskonda 19-lt 22 liikmeni, lisades uusi ametikohti müügi- ja klienditoe osakondadesse kõigil turgudel. Samuti palkame 1–2 arendajat, et laiendada liidestusi raamatupidamistarkvaradega ja täiustada digitaliseerimise võimekust.

      Partnerlused: Sel aastal me uutele turgudele ei sisene. Selle asemel keskendume koostöö süvendamisele raamatupidamistarkvarade pakkujatega ning ühiste veebiseminaride ja koolituste korraldamisele.

      Astume 2026. aastasse valmisolekuga raamatupidamist veelgi enam automatiseerida.

      2025. aasta Costpocket OÜ peamised finantssuhtarvud 2025. aastal oli müügitulu 1 078 476 eurot (2024: 812 267 eurot) ning aasta lõpetati kasumiga 225 681 eurot ( 2024: 109 034 eurot). CostPocket

      OÜ-l on kolmeliikmeline juhtkond, kellele arvestati tasusid 68 576 eurot (2024: 65 449 eurot).
