      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      CostPocket OÜ missioon on aidata raamatupidajatel minna üle digiajastusse, pakkudes tõhusaid tööriistu kuludokumentide töötlemiseks. Meie lahendused lihtsustavad töövooge, vähendavad käsitsi tehtavat tööd ja parandavad raamatupidamise efektiivsust.

      CostPocket gruppi kuuluvad CostPocket OÜ (Eesti), CostPocket Sp. z o.o. (Poola) ja CostPocket SIA (Läti).

      Aruandeaasta lõpuks teenindasime üle 12 000 maksva kliendi, digiteerides 5,85 miljonit dokumenti ning meil oli liidestus üle 50 raamatupidamistarkvaraga.

      Lisasime 3 olulist funktsiooni, et suurendada automatiseeritust ja tõhusust: (cid:127) Automaatne maksekaardi aruandlus – Kasutajad saavad nüüd ühendada oma pangakonto, et importida maksekaarditehingud ja siduda automaatselt esitatud kuludokumentidega.

      (cid:127) Automaatne kirjendamine – Meie tehisintellektipõhine süsteem ennustab kulukategooriaid (artikkel, kulukonto, KM kood ja dimensioonid) varasema raamatupidamisajaloo põhjal, vähendades käsitsi kategoriseerimise vajadust.

      (cid:127) Reapõhine digiteerimine robotiga – Meie robot digiteerimine tuvastab nüüd kuludokumentidelt ka arveread.

      2025. aasta plaanid

      Meie peamine fookus 2025. aastal on kasvatada käivet ja kasumlikkust, eesmärgiga saavutada 100 000 € kuine korduvtulu (MRR). Plaanime seda eesmärki saavutada kliendibaasi laiendamise ja hinnastrateegia optimeerimise kaudu.

      Kuigi me ei plaani siseneda uutele turgudele, jätkame partnerluste tugevdamist raamatupidamistarkvara pakkujatega ning korraldame veebikoolitusi ja koolitusi.

      Tehnilise arenduse toetamiseks plaanime lisada meeskonda 1–2 lisa arendajat, et täiustada meie toodet ja laiendada uute funktsioonide ühilduvust rohkemate raamatupidamistarkvaradega.

      Meie lõppeesmärk 2025. aastaks on saavutada kasumlikkus ja luua rahaline puhver, tagades ettevõtte pikaajalise stabiilsuse ja jätkuva innovatsiooni.

      2024. aastal oli müügitulu 812 267 eurot (2023: 687 250 eurot) ning aasta lõpetati kasumiga 109 034 eurot ( 2023: 112 673 eurot). CostPocket

      OÜ-l on kolmeliikmeline juhtkond, kellele arvestati tasusid 65 449 eurot (2023: 63 987 eurot).
