      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      CostPocket OÜ missioon on aidata raamatupidajatel saada digitaalseks. Aitame teha suurema lisandväärtusega tööd infoajastul.

      Oleme igapäevane koostööpartner 10 000 ettevõttele, 600 raamatupidamisbüroole ja 35 raamatupidamistarkvarale.

      CostPocket on rahvusvaheline ettevõte - meie gruppi kuuluvad:

      CostPocket OÜ Eestis,

      CostPocket Sp. z o.o. Poolas,

      CostPocket OÜ püsiv tegevuskoht Soomes.

      Alates aastast 2024 opereerib ka CostPocket SIA Lätis.

      Meie rahvusvahelistumine paistab välja ka meie raamatupidamises - aasta aasta järelt liiguvad välismaised kliendid, keda Eesti OÜ on teenindanud omamaiste juriidiliste kehade alla.

      Meie ettevõte ei ole küll konsolideerimiskohustuseni jõudnud, aga klientidest rääkides räägime pigem kontserni klientidest, kui Eesti klientidest ainult. Kuigi kliente teenindavad erinevad juriidilised kehad on organisatsioonis erinevate turgudes koostöö, turundus ja tugiteenused üsna tihedalt integreeritud.

      2023. aasta oli CostPocketi jaoks kasvamise aasta, meie platvormiga liitus 9 654 ettevõtet. Kuigi kontserni kuu käive kasvas ilma välise kapitalita 45 000 EUR pealt 65 000 EUR peale, jäi organisatsioonis töötavate inimeste arv samasse suurusjärku.

      Aruandeaastal jätkasime oma põhitegevusega ning lisasime tooteportfelli uut funktsionaalsust. Lisaks tegime palju parandusi olemasolevale toodetele ja märkimisväärseid ettevalmistusi aastaks 2024.

      Saime rahvusvahelise e-arve võrgustiku PEPPOL operaatoriks.

      Meie ettevõtte tegevuse keskmes on partnerlussuhted. Korraldasime palju webinare, käisime konverentsidel ja korraldasime koos erinevaid koolitusi ja tutvustamaks meid potentsiaalsetele koostööpartneritele.

      Keskendusime ainult olemasolevatele turgudele ja keskendumine jätkub aastal 2024 2023. aastal oli müügitulu 687 250eurot (2022: 464 970 eurot) ning aasta lõpetati kasumiga 113 758 eurot ( 2022: 50 148 eurot). CostPocket

      OÜ-l on kolmeliikmeline juhtkond, kellele arvestati tasusid 63 987 eurot (2022: 77 157 eurot).
