Mis on emade jooga?

Emade jooga ühendab turvalised, rasedusejärgsed liikumisharjutused ja õrnad joogatehnikad, mis on kohandatud emade igapäevaelule. Tunnid toimuvad rühmas koos beebiga või personaalselt imetavatele emadele mõeldud eritreeningutena, kombineerides keha taastamist, hingamist ja kogukonna toetust.
