We believe that caring for pregnancy and postpartum period requires a subtle, gradual and human approach. The focus of our work is to support the well-being of a woman - body, breathing and feeling during such a period of change.

Pregnancy and the first months after childbirth lead to both physical and emotional challenges: restrictions on movement, changed body feeling and questions about recovery. Many are looking for a safe way to take care of themselves without excessive pressure or hassle.

Therefore, we offer a comprehensive approach to movement and counselling that supports preparation for birth and a fragile and results-oriented recovery after that. We work both in the group and individually to help restore strength, find peace in breathing and increase self-confidence in movement.

Differently, care and adaptation are distinguished: we focus on the person as a whole, create a supportive community and build on safety and long-term well-being. The purpose of the work is to make mothers feel stronger, more calm and better connected to their everyday lives.
