      Miston Capital OÜ on holding- ja valdusettevõte, mille põhitegevus on osaluste omamine, juhtimine ja kinnisvaraprojektide koordineerimine tütar- ja sidusettevõtjate kaudu.

      Kontserni ettevõtted tegelevad kinnisvaraarenduse, kinnisvara haldamise, kinnisvarainvesteeringute hoidmise ning kinnisvaratehingute korraldamise valdkonnas. Osa kinnisvaraobjektidest on suunatud arendustegevusele ja müügile, osa aga hoitakse väärtuse kasvu või üüritulu teenimise eesmärgil.

      Väiksemas mahus kuulub kontserni tegevusvaldkonda ka ehitus- ja siseviimistlusmaterjalide maaletoomine ning hulgimüük.

      • 29.08.2025 sõlmitud ühinemislepingu alusel ühendas Miston Capital OÜ endaga tütarettevõtte

      Marshali Maja OÜ. Ühinemine jõustus 31.10.2025.a.

      • 01.09.2025 müüs Miston Capital OÜ 80%-lise osaluse ettevõttes Autonova OÜ.

      • 30.09.2025 müüs Miston Capital OÜ 40%-lise osaluse ettevõttes Kiili Tootmine OÜ.

      • 29.10.2025 omandas Miston Capital OÜ 50%-lise osaluse ettevõttes BaltNord Estonia OÜ-s
