With a foundation built on expertise in CAD design, 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling, and CNC turning, we are not just a company; we are the craftsmen of your concepts.

At Skarcon Machining OÜ, we believe that the core of innovation lies in the ability to bring visions to life. Our mission is simple: to specialize in CAD design, 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling, and CNC turning to create prototypes and finished products that exceed expectations. Our engineers' extensive knowledge in the field of engineering allows us to offer top-tier services while being flexible in order quantities and prototype creation.

No product leaves our facility without our engineers' seal of approval. From carefully selected materials, we craft a product that not only meets but surpasses industry standards and reaches our clients on time. Utilizing a 5-axis CNC machine, we can swiftly and accurately produce your product from a drawing with minimal repositioning of details.

How do we work? If your company has a 3D model of a detail, simply send us the drawing at cnc@skarcon.eu. We will provide feedback on the drawing, and if it's feasible for milling, we will prepare a quotation. Upon agreement, we get to work! If you have an idea or a product concept but lack a drawing, visit us at Ehituse 9, Jüri alevik, Harjumaa, and we'll discuss your idea and make the necessary arrangements to create the drawing.

Our services include CAD design, creating a 3D model from an idea or sketch using Autodesk Fusion 360, which allows clients to view the model during the process thanks to its cloud-based server. For 3-axis CNC milling, we utilize HAAS VF3-YT and HAAS MINIMILL2 machines, and for more complex and detailed metal or plastic products requiring 5-axis CNC milling, we have the Haas UMC 750 and HAAS VF3-YT with a TR210 Trunnion rotary table, enhanced with a loading robot for larger series production.
