      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ REINPAUL (edaspidi OÜ) on kantud äriregistrisse 10.04.1996, tootmistegevust alustati 02.05.1996 .

      2024. a. müügitulust oli taimsest biomassist tahkekütuste tootmise osakaal 78% . Jätkati äritegevust Läti Vabariigis, mille osakaal netokäibes oli 22%.

      Realisatsioon toimus Eestis, Lätis ja Rootsis.

      Müügitulu oli 23 747 607 eurot ja aasta lõpetati kahjumiga 457 391 eurot.

      2024.a. vähenesid lepinguliste hindadega müüdavad kogused, kuna koostootmisjaamad ostavad üha rohkem tooret läbi biokütuste börsi

      Baltpool UAB. Soe ilm kütteperioodil vähendas samuti nõudlust. Tootmiseks vajalik tehnika on soetatud kapitalirendiga ja toorme varumiseks suveperioodil kasutame käibekapitali laenu. Laenuintresside osakaal kahjumis oli 48%.

      Alates 2015.a. müüme hakkpuitu FSC sertifikaadiga. 2023.a. septembrist lisandus PEFC ja detsembrist SURE-EU sertifikaat.

      31.12.2024 töötas Reinpaul OÜ's 75 töötajat.

      Juhatus on 4- liikmeline. Juhatuse liikmed töötavad töölepingu alusel ja juhatuse liikme töö eest eraldi tasu ei maksta.

      2025.a. jätkame põhitegevust. Seoses soojemate ilmaolude ja alternatiivenergiate kasutuselevõtuga, on vähenenud nõudlus biomassist tahkekütuste järele, mis omakorda mõjutab meie müügi- ja tootmismahtusid. Oleme ümber korraldanud tootmise ja eelnevatel perioodidel sisseostetud tehnika remonditöid teostavad suures osas oma remonditöökoja töötajad. Töötajate arv on vähenenud 70-ni, mis annab kokkuhoidu palgakuludelt.

      Tehnika soetamiseks vajadust ei ole ja müüki läheb kasutusotstarbeta tehnika.
