      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      M-Partner HR OÜ on asutatud 2002. aastal ning tähistas 2024. aasta detsembris oma 22. tegevusaastat. Ettevõtte juured ulatuvad 1997.

      aastasse, mil alustati tegevust konsultatsioonifirma Mainori koosseisus, toonase nimega Mainor-Partner.

      Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on personali otsimine, hindamine ja valik, kasutades peamiselt sihtotsingu, andmebaasiotsingu ning avaliku otsingu meetodeid. Enamik M-Partner HR OÜ klientidest on Eestis tegutsevad ettevõtted, sealhulgas rahvusvaheliste firmade filiaalid. Värbamisprojektid keskendusid peamiselt spetsialistide, keskastme- ja tippjuhtide leidmisele.

      2024. aasta lõpu seisuga koosnes M-Partner HR OÜ värbamismeeskond viiest püsitöötajast, kellele lisandus vajadusel projektipõhine värbaja.

      Meeskonna optimaalne suurus ja spetsialiseeritus võimaldavad panustada jätkuvalt teenuste kvaliteeti ja tulemuslikkusse.

      2024. aasta oli majanduslikult keeruline mitmele tööstus- ja ehitussektori kliendile, mistõttu vähenes neis valdkondades ka värbamisprojektide arv.

      2025. aastaks on seatud eesmärgiks hoida teenuste kvaliteeti ja tulemuslikkust kogenud meeskonna toel. Jätkame fookusega spetsialistide ja juhtide värbamisel, peamiselt sihtotsingu meetodit kasutades.
