On July 10, 2024, a new and modern catering complex was opened in the Paldiski military campus, which can feed up to 216 people at the same time, and up to 900 people per day in shifts. The complex uses modern technologies that speed up food preparation and improve working conditions. The innovative solution compactly combines warehouses, kitchen and dining room, offering maximum space utilization and safety. For example, the refrigerator doors can be opened with one push of a button, which makes work easier. The client of the project was the National Defense Investment Center, the cooperation partner was Nordlin Ehitus OÜ.
