      Üldine ülevaade

      Smart Kids OÜ on haridusvaldkonnas tegutsev ettevõte, mille põhitegevuseks on koolituste pakkumine. Ettevõte on keskendunud laste arendamisele läbi erinevate huvitegevuste ja õppeprogrammide. 2024. aastal jätkas ettevõte oma kasvu ja tugevdamist Eesti haridusteenuste turul, pakkudes kvaliteetseid ja uuenduslikke lahendusi.

      Tegevuse kokkuvõte 2024. aastal (cid:127) Müügitulu kasvas 9,3%, ulatudes 156 878 euroni (2023: 143 612 eurot).

      (cid:127) Ärikasum kasvas 14,1% võrreldes eelneva aastaga, saavutades 84 926 eurot.

      (cid:127) Puhaskasum pärast maksude mahaarvamist oli 72 673 eurot.

      (cid:127) Ettevõtte omakapital suurenes 87 470 euroni.

      Sihtfinantseerimine ja toetused

      Smart Kids OÜ sai Tallinna Haridusametilt toetust erahuvikooli tegevuskulude katmiseks summas 6 000 eurot. Toetus kasutati õpetajate töötasu maksmiseks, õppevahendite soetamiseks ning ruumide rendikulude katmiseks.

      Riskid ja väljavaated

      Ettevõte tegutseb haridussektoris, kus peamisteks riskideks on:

      Majanduslikud muutused ja ostujõu vähenemine, mis võivad mõjutada perede võimekust maksta huvitegevuste eest.

      Seadusandlikud muudatused haridustoetustes ja maksupoliitikas.

      Konkurentsi kasv haridusteenuste turul.

      (cid:127) Järgmiseks perioodiks on ettevõttel eesmärgiks:

      Suurendada klientide arvu ja laieneda uutele teenusvaldkondadele.

      Rakendada rohkem digitaalõppe lahendusi.

      Tugevdada koostööd kohalike omavalitsuste ja haridusasutustega.

      Kokkuvõte 2024.aasta oli Smart Kids OÜ jaoks edukas, iseloomustades tugevat kasvu ja finantsstabiilsust. Ettevõte jätkab oma tegevuse laiendamist ja kvaliteedi tõstmist, et tagada jätkusuutlik areng ning pakkuda klientidele parimaid haridusteenuseid.
